Shipping, Returns & General Info
Domestic Shipping
All items are sent through Australia Post Standard Delivery (2-8 business days, with tracking) .
If you would like an item to be sent express post please contact me and I am happy to arrange this for you.
Please ensure a secure delivery address is provided as responsibility cannot be taken for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
Items sent internationally are sent with Australia Post standard mail and postage is charged at a flat rate of $28AUD. Estimated delivery is between 7-27 business days.
International shipping fees do not include the possible customs and import fees and taxes charged by the destination country. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note shipping fees are not refundable. If fees and taxes imposed by the destination country are not paid and the package is 'Returned to Sender', shipping charges will be deducted from the product refund amount upon receipt of the product.
Please check with the destination country’s relevant post/customs services for further information on possible taxes and fees.

Important Character Traits
As the characters are hand crafted and painted there will be inconsistencies between each individual character. Colours and shapes will remain consistent however you may notice differing levels of wood and paint texture, which is a product of the wood itself, and the hand painting process. All characters will have a slightly different face, hairline and expression - no two characters are the same. Please note that character images included on the website showcase the type of variation in faces and hairline, and the character you receive will have a face similar to that shown on the site, but not exactly the same.
The characters can be restacked and reordered, however their primary function is ornamental and they have been constructed for this purpose. They are not intended as a play/stacking toy for children. Small parts also mean that they will not be suitable for children under 3 years.
Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your character carefully, as a small business I do not refund for change of mind. While I ensure that each character is carefully packaged for delivery if you notice any damage that has occurred in transit please contact me upon receipt of the item.
If you wish to exchange your character please contact me to initiate the return. In the case of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping and of the character will need to be received undamaged and in their original condition prior to the replacement character being sent.
